How to Withdraw via Cryptocurrency?

Withdrawing funds via cryptocurrency is a straightforward process that ensures secure and efficient access to your funds. 

Steps to Withdraw via Cryptocurrency

1. Access your Alpari account and navigate to the 'Funds' section.
2. Click on 'Withdrawal', Choose the "Crypto Wallet" option and select the desired coin for the transaction.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount and your cryptocurrency wallet address.
4. Review the details carefully and confirm the transaction to proceed.
5. Your withdrawal request is processed within 30 minutes, and the funds will be transferred to your crypto wallet.

Crypto wallet binding

• To enhance security and protect clients from potential crypto-related hacks, Alpari uses a wallet binding verification process for first-time cryptocurrency withdrawals. This feature applies to all withdrawals made to a new crypto wallet address, regardless of the amount. When initiating a crypto withdrawal, you will be asked to bind one active wallet address.
• Enter your crypto wallet address and confirm withdrawal by entering your security PIN. Then you will proceed to Coin/blockchain selection and input the withdrawal amount, and submit the withdrawal.
• To complete the binding process, you will receive a call from our team to your registered phone number to confirm the address and the amount. Once the bending is complete, your future transaction will be processed instantly.

Note:

• You can only have one active crypto wallet address at a time. Clicking the Update button removes the old wallet and restarts the binding process.
• If the updated wallet has not been used for a successful withdrawal before, the transaction will be manually reviewed.
