How long does it take to verify Alpari Profile?
Once you have provided all the required documents, your account will be verified within 24 hours.
Where can I check if my account is verified yet?
You can check the status of your account by navigating to your profile and viewing the ‘Verification’ section.
Here, you will be informed of any documents that we still require from you.
We will also let you know on the home page of your Alpari account if we still require your documents.
How can I upload my documents to verify Alpari Profile?
To upload your documents, you'll need to log in to your Alpari account. You will be prompted when you log in to upload your documents. You can also navigate to your Profile and select the ‘Verification’ option.
I am getting an error while trying to upload my document
If you are getting an error while uploading documents, please check the following:
- The size of your document does not exceed 25MB.
- The file is in one of the following formats: gif, jpg, tiff, png, doc, docx or pdf.
How to upload additional documents?
There may be cases when the company will ask you to upload additional documents to verify your identity. This request will come to your registered email from an official Alpari email address. For example, you may need to provide an age verification document or confirmation of a change in your last name. In such cases, you should provide the required documents by following the link in your email and uploading the required documents once logged into your account.
What should you do if account verification is pending for more than 24 hours?
In case your Account verification is taking more than 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support team by submitting the "Contact Us" form and selecting "Customer Service Request" as a type of request and providing the details of your request. The Agent serving your ticket will check the account using the email you submit and will contact you within 24 hours. Kindly note that the more details of your issue you provide, the faster support you will receive.
