How to Check Your Account Status

Keeping track of your account status is vital to managing your trading activities efficiently. Here's how you can easily check your account status on the Alpari Profile.

Navigate to your ‘Profile’ section and view your ‘Verification’ status.

  • Required: You have not yet provided your documents
  • In Progress: Your documents have been provided and they are currently being checked
  • Verified: Documents are approved, Account is fully Verified 

How long does the verification take?

Once documents are uploaded, they are usually verified within 10 minutes. However, it may take up to 24 hours, during peak periods. You can also read about how to upload documents in our Step-by-Step Guide.
