We understand that circumstances may change and you may decide to close your account. You can delete your Alpari account yourself after withdrawing all funds and closing all open positions.
Важно: После закрытия аккаунта восстановить его будет невозможно. Использованные ранее электронная почта и номер телефона не смогут быть использованы для повторной регистрации. Если вы решите вернуться, потребуется новый email и номер телефона.
Before You Start
Before closing your account, please note the following:
- Close all open trades
- Before deactivating your account, make sure that all open positions are closed and any remaining funds are withdrawn.
- If this condition is not met, the ‘Close Account’ button will be unavailable.
- Account deactivation is irreversible. Once you close your account, you will not be able to restore it.
- If you decide to return in the future, you will need to create a new account and go through the verification process again.
Steps to Close Your Alpari Profile
How to close your Alpari profile:
- Log in to your Alpari profile.
- Go to Profile → General settings.
- Click ‘Close Alpari account’.
- Confirm the action.
- Once completed, you will be automatically logged out of your account.
